A. Shoulder press 5-5-5 Deload
B. Snatch, find your 1 rep max of the day
C. Clean & Jerk, find your 1 rep max of the day

Bodyweight bar carry, 12 min AMRAP
carry the loaded bar the length of the parking lot, for every 50 m
Do the exercise that follows
20 Burpees
20 3-count flutter kicks
20 squats
20 push up
20 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
20 jumping jacks
…if you make it this far start back with 20 burpees.
