It’s human nature to fear the unknown. But, think about any moment in time where you accomplished a task that made you feel great – was it challenging? Did it pull you out of your comfort zone and push you to be better? Sure it did! Why? Because most things that are worth doing require a level of virtuosity, energy, and commitment. CrossFit will prepare you for any task that life demands, both physically and mentally. It will make you stronger and more confident in all facets of life. Don’t believe it? We dare you to try…

On-Ramp Program

Ready to rock ‘n roll? Take the first step by jumping into our FREE 2-week elements course. The course will consist of six 1-hour sessions, where you will be introduced to CrossFit through lectures, movements, and workouts (WODs).

Each class will be lead by 2-3 coaches ensuring safety, efficiency, and efficacy.

This course has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possesses the desire to be better. All we ask you bring is a great attitude and open-mind. 3, 2,1…GO!

MORNING ON-RAMP

Monday, Wednesday & Friday – 7:30am

AFTERNOON ON-RAMP

Monday, Wednesday & Thursday – 4:45pm

By the end of the On-Ramp all your fears and apprehensions will be a distant memory and you will be ready transition into the classes. You will receive an instructional manual on the entire course, as well as a Reebok CrossFit ONE logbook and certificate.
